As a senior leader of our legal technology team, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented legal technologists in a multi-dimensional role across technical advisory, project management, strategic business input, and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Costing, scoping, devising strategy, and allocating resources for legal tech transactions;
  • Acting as a leader, mentor, and performance coach to ensure team performance and hitting performance targets;
  • Providing technical subject matter expertise consulting to internal and external clients;
  • Contributing to developing new ideas and services, and driving strategic business improvement projects.

**Requirements:**

  • A Law and/or Information Technology/Computer Science degree or similar qualifications;
  • 5-10+ years of experience in information management/information technology gained in a law firm/professional services firm or with a legal technology/litigation services provider;
  • Strong knowledge of web-based workflow technologies, transactional technologies, databases, windows, legal processes, and document management;
  • Strong proven leadership ability, including managing large teams;
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement/management, and project management skills;
  • Ability to effectively manage and deliver on multiple large-scale projects in a deadline-driven environment.
