Energy Lawyer

We are seeking a skilled lawyer to join our projects, energy & infrastructure practice in Brisbane.
This opportunity is open to both associates and senior associates who wish to work on high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on the procurement, delivery, and operation of major infrastructure and energy projects
- Support clients with strategic procurement processes, tender design, and bid support
- Provide guidance on M&A, joint ventures, divestments, and project structuring in the energy and infrastructure sectors
- Draft and negotiate project agreements, including EPCs, operations and maintenance contracts, and innovative delivery models
- Work on high-value government transactions, asset sales, restructures, and broader advisory work
- Collaborate with diverse clients including investors, developers, financiers, and government
- 2–7 years' experience in projects, energy, construction, or infrastructure law
- Strong experience in front-end projects, procurement, or project finance
- Excellent drafting skills and the ability to manage complex transactions
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with major clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the projects, energy & infrastructure sector and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
