Job Description

This is a role for an experienced commercial lawyer to provide expert advice on large-scale renewable energy projects.

  • As a key member of the legal team, you will collaborate with project teams to deliver major business projects and negotiate contracts.
  • You will assist with significant business contracts and projects, ensuring timely and effective completion, while identifying and managing key legal risks.

About You:

  • Demonstrate experience advising on delivery and operational issues for renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Bring a background in private practice or in-house legal roles within relevant industries.
  • Show expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts for large-scale projects, including design, procurement, delivery, and operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial law, with specialist knowledge in energy, projects, and construction.
  • Highly organised with excellent prioritisation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
