Head Barista/Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Shop Team Leader to oversee the smooth operation of our coffee shop in Newcastle West.

  • Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.
  • Pour high-quality coffees and other beverages with precision and attention to detail.
  • Make recommendations to customers and answer any questions they may have about our products or services.
  • Coordinate orders for Junior Baristas and Waiters to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain stock quantities to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the coffee shop, including the upkeep of equipment and facilities.
  • Train and mentor Junior Baristas and Wait Staff to ensure consistent quality of service and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management to monitor and improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.
