As a multifaceted team member, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced cafe environment.

About the Role
  • You will be the face of our brand, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring every visit is memorable.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who can deliver an exceptional customer experience. While prior barista experience is preferred, it's not essential – we will provide training to ensure your success in this role.

This part-time position offers flexible hours, with 30-40 hours available per week, split between morning and afternoon shifts. If you're motivated, reliable, and committed to excellence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and handle cash transactions efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the cafe
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, anticipating and meeting customers' needs
  • Perform general waiter/waitress duties, including serving food and drinks
  • Create and decorate our signature shakes and desserts to perfection
  • Assist with closing procedures, ensuring a smooth end to each shift
