Director of Innovation and Evidence Generation

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of evidence-based strategies and approaches to drive innovation in clinical care across NSW. This includes:
- Leading the development and integration of consultancy models for evidence-based products and services.
- Providing high-level expert advice and strategic direction to executive teams and stakeholders.
- Managing partnerships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, patients, and healthcare managers.
This role requires a strong understanding of evaluation approaches, evidence generation, and synthesis. The ideal candidate will have a track record of achievement in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, as well as experience in managing multiple projects across a broad portfolio.

Key RequirementsTo be eligible for this role, applicants must have:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as health and social sciences, evaluation, and/or significant experience working in a senior Health management position.
- Demonstrated understanding of evaluation approaches, evidence generation, collation, synthesis, analysis, and integration.
- Significant track record of achievement in the development and production of evidence-based products and relevant processes.
- Proven achievement in the development and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
