We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director of Domestic Sales. This role involves managing the director's calendar, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant in a publishing or media environment. They should be proficient in MS Office, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the director's complex calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for domestic and international trips
- Handle correspondence, including emails and letters
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including creating contracts and supporting key business opportunities
- Liaise with stakeholders, including CEOs, media agencies, and internal teams
- Organize and facilitate meetings, and assist with agendas
- Prepare and reconcile expenses
- Perform other administrative tasks as directed by the EA to the Founder and Managing Director
