About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Relations and Safety Lawyer to join our Sydney team at Holding Redlich. As a key member of our Workplace Relations and Safety group, you will play a critical role in managing work across the breadth of the practice, including both advisory and litigious matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, providing expert advice on workplace relations and safety matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve complex workplace disputes and investigations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the practice, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of post-admission experience in a broad workplace relations and safety practice.
  • Proven track record of working with more junior lawyers to mentor and delegate work to as necessary.
  • Strong passion for workplace relations and safety law, with a demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date with changes in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
