Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic People Partner to drive business outcomes, constructively challenge leadership, and improve processes. This key role will strategically partner with Product and Design teams to deliver on our global people strategy and operational plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business outcomes through effective collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Partner with Global HRBP for R&D team to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Lead product craft initiatives and programs, partnering with other HR stakeholders as needed.
  • Develop manager capability through coaching and organisational interventions.
  • Support client groups by using communication, coaching, and organisation design skills.
  • Lead people managers through core HR processes, providing insightful analytics and recommending actions.

Requirements:

  • A history of effectiveness in partnering with leadership to develop innovative cultures.
  • A critical thinker with success in developing solutions to business issues.
  • Ability to work at all levels of the HR stack, strategic, operational, and tactical.
