Lendlease is a leading property development, project management and construction company. We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team on a Fixed-Term Contract.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with various business units, corporate functions, internal and external stakeholders, and marketing teams to design, coordinate, build and launch new Optimizely website builds. This includes integrated project websites, campaign pages, web forms (HubSpot) and other business digital channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guide marketing teams in designing best practices, website strategies and feature requirements for new project websites.
  • Support the delivery of marketing strategies and digital campaigns with our team of Digital experts.
  • Work with digital design and brand agencies to ensure they design according to our framework.
  • Lead the business in adopting a data-driven approach to their website strategy and projects.
  • Collaborate with business and project stakeholders to guide website build options and design/content recommendations that align with their business objectives.
  • Assist in coordinating business content for website programs across all digital channels/platforms.

We estimate this role will have a salary range between $70,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have at least 2 years' industry experience working with website platforms or other digital martech solutions (design software, CRM). You should also have:

  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects/tasks.
  • Experience editing content via a cloud platform (could be design, Web Content, CRM).
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Data Analytics.
  • A proactive attitude to learning new technologies.
