Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Guest Experience Ambassador.

About the Role

The Guest Experience Ambassador will be the primary point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service to all guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reservation Management: Process reservations, updates, and special requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Act as the primary contact during a guest's stay, communicating with them through various mediums to ensure their experience is seamless.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Hospitality: Have experience in delivering high-quality service in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a positive approach to guest needs, exceeding expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Be able to foster positive guest experiences and resolve issues effectively.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance reflecting organisational standards.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts.
