Business Development Manager

This key role involves identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across various sectors, including manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, and utilities. You will build lasting, high-value client relationships based on trust, technical expertise, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop growth opportunities in target markets.
- Bld lasting relationships with senior-level clients across diverse industries.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive sales success.
- Leverage commercial acumen to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of automation technologies, including PLC/SCADA systems, MES, industrial networking, instrumentation, and robotics.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within automation, OT, industrial controls, or related engineering sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven individual with a strong focus on achieving performance targets.
