We value great teams doing innovative work, and we want you to be part of this journey. You will lead the signalling design team, ensuring designs comply with railway standards and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has 15 years' experience in railway signalling, specialist knowledge of conventional signal design and demonstrated people leadership capability. In addition, relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering and accreditation from Engineers Australia are highly desirable.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of conventional signal design principles, ETCS and whole of life project management experience. You will also need to have in-depth knowledge of all systems that interface to signalling, including rolling stock, power, communications, track and civil. Excellent client relationship management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
