We are seeking a Senior Signalling Design Engineer to lead and manage complex signalling design and project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the production, verification, and approval of detailed signalling designs.
  • Interfacing with clients for the technical development and seamless delivery of signalling projects. Collaborating with Project Managers on budget, scope variations, and design delivery issues.
  • Mentoring and guiding engineering staff. Overseeing professional development, performance reviews, and training to ensure team success.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in design management and signalling project delivery.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Highly desirable: CPEng and/or IRSE licences in Signalling Designer & Verifier.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
