About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned team lead to oversee the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in our events and function areas.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful operation of our flagship event, 'Le Petit Chef', which takes place five times a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage event set-up, pack-down, and seamless service delivery
  • Brief and direct the team to ensure high standards are met
  • Support the team in providing exceptional customer service and exceeding guest expectations
  • Ensure attention to detail and consistency in delivering unique guest experiences
Requirements
  • Over 1 year's experience in motivating and leading teams in events & function areas or F&B venues
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to interact with guests and colleagues
  • Confident multi-tasking and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Eye for detail, enthusiasm, and approachability
  • Beverage knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits
  • Flexibility in availability, including evening shifts
Additional Requirements
  • Hold a valid Australian work visa without limitations
  • Possess current RSA certification and food safety course completion
