We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Management Professional to join our team at BMD Constructions.
As a key member of our infrastructure project team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior supervisory roles, with extensive experience in civil engineering and construction operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement occupational health and safety processes to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and supervise site activities, including workforce management, quality control, and environmental management.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
