Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the site team and trade partners
- Strategically plan and effectively manage the program
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders while maintaining high service quality

- 5-10+ years of experience working as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor, Builder, or Developer
- Exposure managing Commercial Construction Projects from $10m+
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced settings
