Hudson Australia is seeking a skilled APS 2 Operations Coordinator to contribute to the secure and efficient delivery of our passport services. This role involves performing key back-office tasks, ensuring timely and accurate entry of physical applications into systems, and handling administrative duties for proper storage and disposal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately and efficiently scan documents, including passport photos, application forms, and supporting documents, to ensure smooth processing.

  • Separate and organize applications, particularly those that are non-scannable, to maintain a high level of quality control.

  • Implement protocols for the secure destruction of records no longer needed, adhering to data handling regulations.

  • Manage applications that have been incorrectly marked, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the process.

  • Conduct manual exception tasks, such as rescanning applications for quality improvement, and manage mail sorting, filing, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including network production duties, to support the team's operations.

  • Safely manage and maintain records, ensuring compliance with data storage and handling protocols.

  • Apply accuracy and thoroughness to all tasks, ensuring error-free results and reliable outcomes.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Additional Information: Training will be provided to support new staff in the role. Occasional travel may be required to fulfill duties at different locations.
