Precision Agriculture Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Precision Agriculture Sales Consultant. This role offers flexibility in being positioned out of our servicing areas.

About the Role:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Promote precision agriculture solutions tailored to each customer's needs, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Customer Success and Support: Oversee product setup, optimization, and training to ensure customers get the most out of their technology, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Team Collaboration and Partnerships: Partner closely with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into all customer conversations, fostering strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
  • Product Demonstrations and Training: Deliver expert demonstrations highlighting the value and capabilities of our products, educating customers on best practices and applications.
  • Account Management and Relationship Building: Own the results in your territory and build strong, lasting relationships with your customer base, driving loyalty and retention.

About You:

  • You must be a self-motivated and proactive team player with a genuine passion for customer success, driving business outcomes and growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills are essential, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of your role is required, with a natural ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Natural leadership skills and the ability to motivate others are a plus, as well as interest or exposure to the agricultural industry.
