Barista Role

We are seeking experienced and passionate baristas to join our team at Leaf Cafe Co in Sydney. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality specialty coffee drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks to customers with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu offerings and promotions making recommendations to customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
  • A passion for the coffee industry and commitment to quality customer service.
  • Punctuality and professional presentation at all times.
  • A team player with ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.

Working Conditions:

  • A full-time position with 30-40 hours per week providing stability and security.
  • Afternoon day or shift work available allowing flexibility in scheduling.
  • Flexible hours and weekend availability ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
