We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Barista/All Rounder.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including afternoons, days, and mornings.
  • Australian Work Authorisation (preferred).
