Job Title: Experienced Coffee Professional

This is a great opportunity to be part of our dynamic team as an Experienced Coffee Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the cafe/restaurant
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of coffee and other products to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements:

  • At least five years' experience as a Head Barista or similar role with RSA certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible hours
