Payroll Manager Role Overview

This is a unique opportunity to lead the payroll process for a dynamic organization, overseeing the payment of a large workforce and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process independently, utilizing strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Lead a team of employees in managing weekly and monthly payments, as well as manual data entry and roster interpretation.
  • Develop and maintain processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related queries and provide expert advice on payroll matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end payroll management in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems, including ELMO and INX.
  • Ability to manage complex rosters and interpret data accurately.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
