Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Scheduler to join our team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day service and deliveries across our WA network. This role will see you liaising with drivers, concrete plants, quarries, scheduling/allocation teams, and customers to ensure customer service requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in transport/logistics scheduling, preferably in the pre-mix concrete or distribution industry, and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling strategies to meet customer needs and optimize truck utilization.
  • Liaise with plant staff, account managers, and site coordinators to ensure best possible customer service and individual customer requirements are achieved.
  • Collaborate with other schedulers and teams to ensure seamless delivery operations and proactive issue resolution.
Key Requirements
  • Transport/logistics scheduling experience, preferably in the pre-mix concrete or distribution industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Perth geographical areas and suburb locations.
  • Self-motivated and outcomes-oriented attitude with a 'can-do' mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships.
