Job Overview

Lifecycle marketing specialists play a pivotal role in guiding users through the customer journey, from sign-up to long-term adoption. The primary goal is to help engineers and design professionals get more value from the product at every step of their journey.

The Role

This is a hands-on position for someone who can set strategy and build campaigns, ideal for marketers who thrive on experimentation and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies and execute them, from first touchpoint (webinar registrations, blog leads, free trials) through to retention and expansion.
  • Take ownership of ideation, deployment, and ongoing optimization of multi-channel lifecycle activities, including reporting on performance to demonstrate uplift against key business metrics and KPIs across the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Utilize the 90,000+ user database and well-connected product and marketing data to deliver targeted, data-driven lifecycle journeys, with potential for expanding personalization and automation.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle/CRM/email marketing, preferably in SaaS (B2B experience preferred).
  • A strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data, running experiments, and drawing insights that drive commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in translating business goals into lifecycle programs.
