Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CE Developer to design and implement custom solutions on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom integrations and solutions within Dynamics CE platforms.
  • Configure and customise Dynamics CE entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all solutions and configurations.
  • Collaborate with business users, analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer.

About the Role: As a skilled Dynamics CE Developer, you will play a key role in delivering tailored solutions that meet our business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure our CRM and contact centre platforms are optimised for performance and usability.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE) and Genesys Cloud Contact Centre. A strong understanding of custom development, entity configuration, workflow automation, and plugin development is essential.
