About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineering Supervisor to lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities across site. This is a site-based position working on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster, with 12-hour shifts. FIFO available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical maintenance and project tasks
  • Evaluate all electrical work is performed safely and in compliance with site standards and legislation
  • Support the planning and execution of electrical capital projects
  • Lead, mentor, and develop electrical personnel
  • Act as EEM delegate as required
About You:
  • 10+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering roles
  • Proven experience in both maintenance and project execution
  • Current EEM ticket – essential
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
