Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our shared living house in Allambie Heights, driving real impact through your inspiring hands-on approach and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Direct high-performing teams to achieve the greatest impact and empower clients to reach their full potential.
  • Client-Focused: Prioritize the needs, goals, and outcomes of people with disabilities, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
  • Innovation: Lead a team to develop new support programs and services that empower clients, driving real impact and making a positive difference.
  • Business Acumen: Motivate growth to better support the community, achieving financial targets and operational KPIs.
  • Community Engagement: Nurture community networks, partnerships, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive positive change.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure quality, WHS, and NDIS compliance, paying attention to detail and driving excellence in service delivery.
