About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Team Leader to join our team at SASH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, referring veterinarians, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of our client services team, including reception and administration
  • Oversee and support the team in the management of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Monitor workflow processes and work distribution within the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Train and develop team members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Be a point of escalation for account and referring veterinarian queries, as well as complaints management
  • Work to identify and implement improvements in the client services experience business-wide, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all clients
About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will be a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a complex customer service environment, preferably in a leadership position
  • A high level of organization and scheduling of multiple tasks, with attention to detail and clear communication skills
  • The ability to identify when delegation is appropriate and to liaise with different levels within a business
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to make commercial, customer-focused decisions and have a flexible and sensitive approach to issues
