About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Home Care team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a group of Home Care Support Workers within the Community Care service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a team of Home Care Support Workers
  • Provide hands-on support in service provisioning for catchment areas
  • Assist with medication administration and support clients as per their care plan
  • Conduct training and education sessions for staff
  • Lead staff meetings and ensure effective communication

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in individual support or related work experience
  • Experience working in the community aged care sector
  • Highly organized and tech-savvy with strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Australian Working Rights
  • Current valid driver's license and a licensed, comprehensively insured and road-worthy motor vehicle
