About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the full delivery of telecommunications services and projects, ensuring they meet schedule, scope, and budget requirements. You'll create and execute detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and track progress to guarantee successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of telecommunications services and projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Create and execute project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to achieve project goals.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives focused on process improvements, automation, and innovation to boost service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify improvement opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a Business Analysis and/or Product Owner role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of customer satisfaction, with a proactive approach to understanding and meeting customer needs.
