Speech Pathologist Grad Program 2026

We are seeking Graduate Speech Pathologists to join our industry-leading Graduate Program. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop your clinical expertise.

You will help participants from age 6 to 65, across language, mealtimes, dysphagia, aphasia and AAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and design therapy plans in diverse environments.
  • Collaborate with a committed multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions.
  • Build relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.

About You

We are looking for Speechies with a genuine interest in supporting participants with Disability who get restless when they see room for improvement.

You will also hold:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, a Working with Children Check, and a Police Check
