Role Overview
The Leisure and Activities Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our residents. As a key member of our residential aged care team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
your duties will include developing and conducting programs tailored to individualized needs, participating in the organisation of functions, and assessing, developing, and reviewing care plans for residents' activities. You will also need to possess a Certificate Level IV in Leisure & Health or other relevant qualification and a current First Aid Certificate.
