We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Consultant to fill a Regional Complex Care Coordinator position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing specialist clinical coordination services to support children and young people with complex mental health needs.
In this role, you will work within a well-supported multidisciplinary team to provide high-level clinical co-ordination, assessment, and therapeutic interventions to meet the needs of young people and their families/significant others.
The successful applicant will play a vital role in facilitating determined need and promoting a positive working culture through developing effective partnerships and exceptional working relationships with stakeholders.
The following key responsibilities include:
- Providing specialist clinical coordination service that supports right place, right care principles
- Undertaking high-level assessments and developing individual plans that bring together the right mix of services across government and non-government agencies
- Promoting a positive working culture by developing effective partnerships and exceptional working relationships with all stakeholders
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a Registered Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a specialist tertiary graduate or postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification.
