Customer Service Ambassador

We're on a mission to provide an exceptional service experience that makes every guest feel welcome and valued. To achieve this, we need talented individuals who share our passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.
As a key member of our front-of-house team at the Qantas Lounges Brisbane, you will have the opportunity to work across both domestic and international airport terminals. Your role will include food and beverage tray service, clearing tables, buffet service, and interacting with Qantas guests in club, business class, and A La Carte service areas.
Barista and bar skills will be highly advantageous in supporting our multiple bar areas across the lounges.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires impeccable presentation and outstanding guest service and communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally in a 5-star environment.
While tertiary qualifications in hospitality and/or hotel and tourism are desirable, a genuine passion for developing service skills in this field is essential.
As part of our team, you'll enjoy exciting staff travel and worldwide Accor accommodation benefits, delicious staff meals provided during each shift, uniforms, and complimentary dry cleaning.
However, please note that owning your own transport is essential for this role.
