**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Dynamic Program Leader to oversee group programs, ensuring they maximize meaningful engagement and are delivered to the highest standards. This role involves monitoring staff performance in line with best practice principles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee group programs to ensure they maximise participant engagement and are delivered to a high standard.
  • Monitor staff performance in line with best practice principles.
  • Lead and support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Support educators to develop teamwork, open communication, and information sharing.
  • Implement and monitor practice standards in line with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Disability or relevant field (management qualification preferred).
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
