Preventative Maintenance Planner Role

We are seeking a skilled preventative maintenance planner to coordinate activities related to maintenance planning, ensuring all tasks across multiple bases are effectively scheduled and implemented.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing and implementing an overarching preventative maintenance plan for defence bases.
  2. Coordinating and scheduling PM activities in alignment with operational requirements.
  3. Collaborating with site managers and maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of PM tasks.
  4. Monitoring and reporting on PM activity progress, identifying issues or delays and recommending corrective actions.
  5. Maintaining accurate documentation and records of all PM activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
