About the Role
The Trust Manager role within our Native Title team is focused on ensuring effective administration of Aboriginal native title trusts in line with legislative and business guidelines, while developing strong relationships with clients and partners.
About You
- Minimum three years' experience in a relevant field, such as estate and/or trust administration, trustee companies, finance companies, or legal firms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail.
- Demonstrated relationship management capabilities.
- Effective time management, prioritizing, and delegation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer native title trusts in accordance with legislation, company policy, and procedures (e.g., payment processing, Trustee Advisory Council meetings, beneficiary meetings, compliance plans, reporting).
- Manage relationships with Executive Office, Advisory, and Co-Trustee Council functions.
- Develop a thorough understanding of traditional owner communities' needs and circumstances to manage trust relationships for their end benefit.
- Provide support addressing operational needs for internal stakeholders.
