About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Native Title Trust Administration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of native title trusts in accordance with legislation and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer native title trusts, including payment processing, trustee advisory council meetings, beneficiary meetings, and compliance plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to understand the needs and circumstances of traditional owner communities.
  • Provide operational support to internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively to document and improve trust administration procedures.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a relevant field, such as estate and/or trust administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated relationship management capabilities.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and delegation skills.
