About The RoleThis Senior Site Reliability Engineer position offers a unique opportunity to shape the infrastructure, observability, and tooling patterns used at Immutable. As part of our SRE team, you will have the autonomy to influence our practices, team, and processes, creating a customer-driven SRE culture.
Your responsibilities will include developing and releasing infrastructure as code, managing multiple Kubernetes clusters, and defining SLOs, SLIs, monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices. You will also set the bar for observability excellence within the organization.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of SRE best practices and processes. Your expertise should include infrastructure as code development, backend programming, and experience with AWS or similar cloud environments.
You will collaborate closely with product engineers and owners to understand their context and co-design solutions that balance feature velocity with site reliability. If you have experience with containerized and serverless architectures, worked on large greenfields projects, or have prior blockchain experience, that's a bonus
