As a Marketing Program Associate, you will work closely with our sales representatives to construct campaigns that meet client objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales in architecting lead generation campaigns for success, understanding our database and conversion metrics.
  • Interact regularly with internal Sales teams and Product Management in regard to proposal creation and campaign setup.
  • Communicate clearly through a digital tracking platform.
  • Experience in utilizing analytical algorithms (maths) to build a marketing campaign related to delivery and budgets.
  • SaaS tool formatting and submission between regions and departments.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of relevant marketing or digital campaigns experience, though recent graduates will be considered.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding maths skills.
  • Ability to analyze key metrics and interpret them into actionable data points;
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Extremely reliable/team player.
  • Must be a fast thinker and be able to make decisions quickly.
  • Computer Application literate.
  • Education at Degree level is required; and,
  • Ability to work full-time in Australia.
