Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Research Associate/Senior Research Associate. The successful candidate will conduct theoretical research on quantum information processing with high-spin nuclei in silicon, developing theory for fault-tolerant quantum operations, quantum error correction, and scalable architectures beyond a single atom.
Responsibilities:- Conduct research on quantum information processing with high-spin nuclei in silicon.
- Develop theoretical frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum operations and quantum error correction.
- Inform experimental efforts through theoretical insights.
- Collaborate with the research group to advance our understanding of quantum systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantum physics or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of developing original theory in the area of quantum information processing and quantum error correction.
Qualifications:- PhD in quantum physics, quantum engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research with limited supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience communicating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
