Home Style Consultant

This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who enjoys creating welcoming living spaces. As a Home Style Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by offering personalized product recommendations and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to accurately describe features and benefits.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate – inform customers about sales and promotions.
- Maintain store presentation aligned with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist, resolve or escalate customer concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years retail experience in home/lifestyle products is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy are essential.
- You must be able to balance customer care and administrative duties.
- A genuine interest in home-styling, furniture, or creating welcoming living spaces is a plus.
- Ability to undertake lifting and work in a physical environment.
