Job Title: Fashion Advisor

The role of the Fashion Advisor is pivotal in directly engaging with customers, embodying the brand's vision and boutique mission every day. They are the frontline representative, delivering a unique and luxurious experience to all customers while connecting them to the brand beyond mere product sales.

About The Role:

  • As a Fashion Advisor, you will be responsible for upholding the image of the brand as a Brand Ambassador, portraying professionalism and sophistication at all times.
  • You will convey brand messages, values, and culture while maintaining boutique displays and environment to standards.
  • You will sell a style and a dream, building emotional connections with customers by understanding their needs, offering relevant recommendations, and inspiring them to discover new styling possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and after-sales service to clients, contributing to sales targets and budgets.
  • Maintaining a high level of product and fashion industry knowledge to provide personalized advice and consultation to clients.
  • Developing and managing your own client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new client opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Leadership to share client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in product offerings and service standards.
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of merchandise, following standard operational procedures, and ensuring compliance with guidelines to prevent losses or damages.

  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service, ensuring each client receives personalized attention and support.
  • Proven teamwork abilities, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development, staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
  • Demonstrated selling skills and a track record of achieving sales targets or goals.
  • Basic knowledge and proficiency in using systems, devices (iPad, iPhone) and computer applications.
