Job Title: Physiotherapist - Opportunities for Growth At our establishment, we take pride in providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that values our team members and offers opportunities for professional development. This is an excellent opportunity to join our Allied Health team as a Physiotherapist, where you will play a crucial role in helping maintain the functional independence of our clients through evidence-based active interventions. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, delivering therapy services, attending referrals and post-fall reviews, and documenting treatment planning and interventions. You will also have the opportunity to lead and supervise Allied Health Assistants, contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings, and work closely with our residents and their families to build open and respectful relationships. We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
