Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our community-based team in Greenvale and surrounding suburbs. This role will enable you to work to the top of your clinical scope, providing quality care across a variety of work settings and caseloads.

This opportunity is available on a full-time and part-time basis, offering a fulfilling career that aligns with your professional and personal goals.

As a Physiotherapist in this role, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments, recommendations and active interventions for a range of programs in the comfort of our customers' homes;
  • Hospital substitution programs (Rehab at Home, Hospital in the home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home;
  • Government Aged Care programs (Home Care Package, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programs): supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home;
  • Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes;
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor;

Requirements

  • Preferred: Community or hospital Physiotherapy experience;
  • Qualifications: Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted registration;
  • Requirement: Valid driver's licence, insured roadworthy vehicle;
