We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth and Development Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead the pursuit of key opportunities, develop successful bid strategies, and drive business growth.
Job DescriptionThe Business Growth and Development Lead will be responsible for developing and managing the pipeline of opportunities for our Civil Infrastructure team. This includes leading the pursuit of key opportunities, undertaking client meetings to develop a pursuit strategy, and developing successful bid strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful bids and managing complex projects. They will possess excellent communication and client relationship management skills, as well as strong commercial understanding of project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant experience in the design and engineering of Civil Infrastructure;
- Established relationships with clients in both the Government and Contractor sector;
- A growth mindset and passion for developing and growing our business;
- Experience and knowledge of the bid life cycle;
- Demonstrated experience of managing and delivering successful bids.
