About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Business Home Lending team, providing dedicated lending support to Small Business Banking, Regional and Agri-Business, and Commercial Banking segments.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Build a portfolio base and actively manage customers to ensure all needs are explored and the right solutions offered.
  2. Drawing from extensive experience in products, processes, policies, and lending risk appetite, describe options and value propositions, answer questions, and resolve objections effectively.
  3. Develop a reputation for being a trusted advisor by guiding customers and business partners on the lending journey.
  4. Focus on building authentic and long-term relationships.
Requirements
  • A track record of delivering excellent customer service through proven ability to establish and maintain effective and rewarding relationships.
  • World-class customer pipeline management skills.
  • Proven experience within a lending/sales environment.
  • Knowledge of retail lending with ability to identify and anticipate customers' financial needs.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Home Lending products and current national home lending legislation.
