Marketing Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, drive brand visibility, and deliver measurable results.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organisational goals.
  • Lead the profile and recognition of the organisation in target markets.
  • Plan and deliver national, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and PR channels.
  • Shape and strengthen brand identity, market positioning, and user engagement across all platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging content and design assets, while managing external creative partners for brand consistency.
  • Manage budgets effectively, identifying cost-efficient opportunities that maximise impact.
  • Analyse and report on marketing performance and platform metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform strategy and campaign optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative briefs and produce marketing materials, branded assets, and promotional items.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities that align with organisational values and strategic objectives.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong history in brand strategy and execution.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred).
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a strategic, proactive, self-motivated, and hands-on approach.
  • Experience with PR and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in marketing software/tools such as Canva, Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite.
