We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Non-Financial Risk Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of non-financial risks across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the development and implementation of non-financial risk management frameworks and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate non-financial risks associated with significant change initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on risk management best practices and industry standards.
  • Lead and own key deliverables within risk transformation programs, including the design and implementation of non-financial risk management frameworks.
  • Contribute to operational risk reporting and provide insights on emerging risks and the effectiveness of non-financial risk management frameworks.

**Requirements**

  • Deep understanding of non-financial risk frameworks and associated components, such as risk assessments, issues, controls, assurance, and product approvals.
  • Financial services background with 10+ years of experience in risk management, including non-financial risk and compliance.
  • Previous experience in risk transformation programs and the design, development, and improvement of non-financial risk frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences, including first-line business, project experts, and executive committees.
